  17. 1 Salt as per taste

  19. 1 cup orange juice
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  21. 2 tbsp honey
  22. 2 tsp mustard paste

Steps to make to make Glazed Chicken

  1. In a bowl,mix ginger,salt,mustard paste,orange juice,black pepper,vinegar,red chilli flakes,honey & lemon juice.
  2. Marinate Chicken in this mixture for an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Heat a non-stick pan.Add onions,beans,potatoes,broccoli,onion stems to it & roast for 2 minutes.
  5. Spread the vegetables in a baking tray.Keep the marinated chickens with the marinade on these vegetables.Cook in the oven till done.
  6. Meanwhile,mix orange juice,red chilli flakes,honey & mustard paste in a bowl.Cook it in a pan till reduced to half the original quantity.
  7. Mid-way through the baking,glaze the chicken with this mixture & continue till the chicken is cooked.
